“Confluence” is an ephemeral installation by Dionne Arquitectos presented within the fifth edition of Patio Efímero, held in the 17th-century "Aduana Vieja" courtyard in Puebla. Inspired by the Mexican colonial courtyard typology, the project creates a “courtyard within a courtyard” through a lightweight scaffold structure, white fabric enclosure, and modular communal bench. Conceived as a catalyst for gathering and interaction, the intervention explores community as a shared, evolving construction, fostering coexistence, dialogue, and collective participation within a historic setting.
