Dubai Villas is a mixed-use masterplan structured around landscape, circulation, and environmental continuity. Organized into distinct residential, hospitality, and leisure zones, the project draws from the organic geometry of Emirati wadis to establish fluid connections between architecture and open space. Villas, towers, hotel programs, and public amenities are distributed through shaded pathways, planted corridors, and water sequences that mediate light, climate, and movement. Across the development, architecture and masterplan operate as a continuous system shaped by topography, vegetation
