Perched on a cliff overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the historic walled city, Hotel Villa Dubrovnik reimagines a protected 1961 structure through a contemporary spatial language rooted in preservation, landscape and hospitality. Inspired by Dubrovnik’s “golden age” between the 50s and 70s, the redesign reorganizes flows and strengthens the connection between interiors and coastline. Croatian limestone, stucco and oak are paired with earthy tones drawn from terracotta rooftops, Italian furniture and contemporary Croatian art, creating spaces shaped by topography, sea views and local references.
