Lina Stores & Bar Lina is a dual-concept hospitality venue in Manchester’s Quoin Building, designed by B3 Designers for White Rabbit Group. The project combines two distinct yet connected experiences: a restaurant inspired by the original Soho delicatessen and a bar referencing 1970s Italian nightlife. The front-of-house Lina Stores space reflects the brand’s heritage through a palette of soft greens, terrazzo, and timber, while Bar Lina introduces a contrasting atmosphere using darker tones, reflective finishes, and layered lighting.
