Hall IUVA shapes the ground floor of a university building in Medellín, Colombia as a public plinth that connects academic life with the city. Inserted between existing buildings, the project transforms party walls into green façades and articulates an open interior landscape where natural light, materiality, and furniture define shifting atmospheres for gathering, study, and everyday interaction, transforming circulation into permanence.
