Brasserie Barbotin is a high-capacity brasserie in Marseille designed by B3 Designers. Located in Cour Honoré d’Estienne d’Orves near the Old Port, the project transforms a former merchant warehouse into a 300-cover hospitality space serving both locals and tourists. The design draws on Marseille’s maritime heritage and Mediterranean culture, combining nautical references with influences from Fauvism and Impressionism. A large terrace establishes a strong connection to the surrounding public space, while internally the layout is organised around an open kitchen and a central circular bar.
