Brasserie Vinatier is a contemporary brasserie in central Bordeaux designed by B3 Designers for Nouvelle Garde. The project reinterprets the atmosphere of a traditional French château, using a family narrative to guide the design language and spatial experience. The restaurant is organised around an open fire kitchen, which forms the focal point of the dining experience and anchors the layout. Surrounding spaces, including the Grand Saloon, Dining Room, and bar, reflect different layers of the château concept through materiality, lighting, and detailing.
