Wakame is a chef-owned Pan-Asian fine dining space that reimagines Asian cuisine through bold experimentation, translated into an immersive spatial experience through fluidity, layered textures & organic flow. Derived from the Japanese word Waka(young) & -me(edible seaweed), Wakame's philosophy is powerfully reflected in it's spatial identity, especially through the signature ceiling installation inspired by the folds & flowing behaviour of young seaweed.
