The project was originally a community activity room before being left vacant and used as a storage space. Through selective demolition, the renovation introduces a more open and fluid spatial experience, reactivating the site and reconnecting people, architecture, and landscape. Existing elements such as old brick walls, precast concrete panels, mature trees, and utility poles were preserved to retain the memory of the place. With minimal intervention, the project restores public life to the community and transforms the site into a shared space for everyday activities.
