The Newton project restored a 1950s apartment building by architect Abraham Zabludovsky, preserving its split-level design while adapting it to contemporary living. The structure was reinforced from foundations to slabs, an elevator was added, and the original staircase was replaced with an exposed steel piece. Apartments were reconfigured, and the rooftop now includes two penthouses and shared amenities. A dynamic double façade of prefabricated wood-like panels enhances the original proportions and gives the building a constantly changing identity.
