Over the years, the natural expansion of the sandy shoreline reshaped Praia Mansa’s waterfront landscape. The project emerges from this transformation, intertwining city and sea through organic pathways that structure collective spaces along the coast. Leisure and contemplation areas foster appropriation of the waterfront. Low-carbon materials, natural drainage and landscape strategies promote microclimates and reduce heat islands. Dante Luiz Júnior Square expands neighborhood green areas and consolidates a resilient urban system, reinforcing belonging through use and integration.
