Raising the Sail of Longgang A complete urban living order embedded within a new civic podium. Located at the intersection of Renmin Road and Century Avenue, Future Focus is a collaborative exploration by Gemdale and UCGD into the next generation of “Future Community 2.0.” Inspired by Zhejiang’s evolving future community concept, the project moves beyond the accumulation of amenities to create an integrated urban lifestyle ecosystem. Through the creation of an “urban super podium,” the design establishes a sustainable, self-sufficient, and community-oriented living framework.
