Museum of Change is a permanent AI-assisted media-architectural environment in public space and the world’s first AI Art Museum. Located within a UNESCO World Heritage site in Vienna, the project transforms a courtyard closed for nearly 200 years into a living civic platform. Through projections, spatial sound and generative AI, architecture becomes a responsive system shaped by visitors, environmental data and collective presence. Conceived as a “museum without doors,” the project proposes a new model for museums in the digital age: adaptive, public, participatory and continuously evolving.
