The Seed Plan takes the SCO Agricultural Exchange Center as the carrier to transform agricultural languages such as "wheat waves" and "fields and ridges" into spatial experiences. White unifies the inside and outside, the abstract skin solves the privacy and acoustic problems, and the suspended veranda enriches the sightseeing interest. The project integrates training, conference and accommodation to meet the needs of multinational exchanges. This design helps the Belt and Road Initiative, provides a platform for cooperation in arid and semi-arid areas, and empowers urban and public education
