Set within a preserved Atlantic Forest enclave in Itajaí, Brazil, Bravíssima House lightly occupies a steep site between native vegetation and the ocean. Following the natural slope, the house preserves existing trees and floats above the terrain with minimal ground contact. Organized across split levels, social spaces open to the canopy and ocean, while private areas descend into the forest. Across scales – architecture, interiors and a furniture selection – the project is conceived as a single gesture by the same firm, unified by a restrained material palette of wood, stone and limestone.
