Located in Medellín, Colombia, Co–Create 5 rethinks the traditional administrative structure of a university through a spatial system centered on collective work and active forms of presence. Individual offices are replaced by open workstations, meeting rooms, transitional spaces, and informal areas organized into programmatic bands that support different modes of interaction, concentration, and exchange. Wood, metal, concrete, and custom-designed furniture shape a workplace for collaboration, autonomy, and everyday encounter. The hierarchy dissolves. What remains is shared purpose.
