In this project, the building is deliberately positioned at the rear of the site to create a plaza at the front that connects with the urban pedestrian network. Internally, the spatial layout is designed to extend the building's lifecycle by adopting a flexible approach. The service core is concentrated on the north side, while the entire southern side is reserved as open floor space. This design ensures high adaptability, allowing the space to be used in the future as offices, storage, residential units, or industrial facilities.
