The Tênue collection comprises 5 models that explore the material limits of porcelain as a lampshade. Unlike the conventional use of ceramics as a structural base in most luminaires, Tênue employs porcelain as light filters. In a high-precision technique, each shade is handmade with minimal thickness, allowing light to pass through material and create a warm, soft glow. The shades rest on a minimal structure, designed to support the ceramic piece.
