The Soleta collection explores leather as a structural element. The chair and barstool are inspired by traditional saddlery techniques from the Pantanal, Brazil, where leather is soaked in water and manually molded. The project deepens this process through a precise sequence of folds, which provide structural support to the leather and allow it to form the backrest without any additional internal structure. Fixed to hard reclaimed solid wood through hidden connections, the material gains value with use, becoming more comfortable while revealing marks, nuances, and a natural patina over time
