Located in the Rockbund historical district, the project removes three solid walls and installs a full-glass curtain wall, converting a once-hidden service venue into a public hub open to the city. Its spatial functions are adaptable: the ground floor integrates consultation and exhibition, while the second floor combines a daytime VIP lounge with a nighttime bar. It utilizes continuous stone flooring that links the interior and exterior, plus detachable components, achieving lasting vitality and energy-efficient operation in a historic building through low-tech, high-adaptability strategies.
