Track is a multisensory exercise service for astronauts on the ISS. In microgravity, long stays cause muscle loss and isolation. Although NASA mandates over two hours of daily exercise, repetitive routines in confined modules reduce immersion and motivation. Track combines AR glasses and a haptic band to create visual, auditory, tactile environment. Users run on a treadmill while experiencing XR landscapes or content, with team modes enabling interaction from messaging to workouts. The haptic band simulates ground contact, enhancing immersion, reducing monotony, introducing a new experience.
