Zara Rossio redefines the flagship store model by transforming a 200-year-old Pombaline block overlooking Rossio Square, one of Lisbon’s most emblematic public spaces. The project demonstrates expertise in heritage renovation, carefully balancing contemporary retail demands with the preservation of historical elements such as tiles and ceiling paintings. Across five floors, the space brings together fashion and home collections alongside a café, creating a layered retail experience that strengthens its relationship with the surrounding while reinforcing the building’s historical identidy.
