Designed by DA BUREAU in 2025, Birch Dubai is a chamber restaurant for chef Arslan Berdiev that translates the Birch identity into a new hospitality context. From the beginning, Birch has stood for elegant simplicity, openness of communication and an individual approach to each guest. In Dubai, this ethos is reinterpreted through a more mature and spatially layered composition. The interior is organized by deep dark-green marble volumes that separate the main functions while a veneered ceiling lamella ties them together as a continuous ribbon.
