How can a 310㎡ space generate the potential equivalent to 3100㎡? Driven by “design empowering commerce”, this project integrates three cross functions within 310㎡: light meals & tea drinks, fashion retail, and event salon. Through three adjustable systems – movable furniture, tunable lighting, and flexible display – the same space can freely switch between different uses and time slots. No longer defined by fixed functions, it becomes a commercial tool responsive to operational needs. The operation area, inspired by “Chinese pavilions”, uses inward-pushed volumes to form a rational structure.
