Given the paucity of natural landscape and distinctive site resources in the surrounding area, the design pivots towards a systemic restructuring of the internal space to construct a self-sufficient, functionally integrated Educational Community. The core concept is to replace the conventional "fishbone" layout with a composite organizational model: a 3D system of Enclosed Neighborhoods, Cross-shaped Streets, and a Loop Park. Through highly intensive functional aggregation and 3D spatial organization, this approach maximizes spatial vitality within the constrained site.
