SIBRA reconceives urban recreation as a performative public field. Movement, environment, and digital coordination operate as a single spatial system. Dense in section and open in invitation, its compact multi-level structure cultivates collective use through the convergence of architecture, civic programming, and integrated media. Each layer amplifies the next, synchronizing individual action into collective urban use. The project establishes a new category of civic ground shaped by repeated use and the density of life it sustains.
