Burning Man 2026: Mandalas of Connection reimagines Burning Man through the lens of the Tibetan sand mandala — where creation and destruction are one gesture. Five mandala portraits connect Asian American, African American, Native American, Native Hawaiian, and European American communities through dissolving transitions, while grains of sand assemble and surrender the festival's iconic Temples. Built on hand-drawn foundations from 2023, the work fuses Cinema 4D, AI animation, and original typography to honor both the material and sentient worlds. A promo film about truly seeing each other.
