Sopra Steria’s Katowice office is a 4,400 m² activity-based workplace designed for a hybrid workforce of over 1,000 employees. Based on extensive research involving 693 employees, the project balances focused work, collaboration, and social interaction. The design translates Katowice’s modernist heritage and mineral identity into a contemporary spatial language, creating a flexible, future-ready environment that enhances employee experience and optimises space efficiency.
