OROBICO is a complete renovation that combines two stacked condominium units in Bal Harbour into a single, vertically organized residence. The project establishes a clear spatial hierarchy, with living areas on the lower level and private functions above. Rather than relying on a fully open plan, the design uses filtering elements, textured volumes, and calibrated material contrasts to structure continuity without sacrificing intimacy.
