The KUNMING 15th Water Purification Plant Baofeng Ocean and Stream Park Landscape Design is based on the overall concept of “Dianchi Island, an Island Toward the Sea.” The design will create a park that integrates water culture science, environmental education, recreational activities, and ecological restoration.The key theme, “Giving New Life,” aims to reframe elements previously regarded as “useless” or “negative”, thereby converting a “burden” into a “treasure.”
