ANIMA (Adaptive Nexus for Intelligent Modular Architecture) is a cooperative housing platform that reconceives architecture as a continuously evolving socio-technical system. Through reconfigurable modular blocks and robotic assembly, living spaces adapt over time to changing resident needs, environmental conditions, and collective priorities. Carbon-negative materials such as mass timber and hempcrete support a lightweight circular construction logic. A multi-agent system trained through reinforcement learning governs construction and spatial transformation across multiple timescales.
