A 10-day temporary immersive winery installation, inspired by contemporary medieval architecture. Sculpted stone vaults envelop visitors in an intimate atmosphere, where soft indirect lighting enhances texture, depth, and spatial rhythm. Designed and built to fully operate a bar and restaurant service with signature furniture in warm wood tones that enhance refined gastronomy and elevated wine tasting from Ecuador's largest winery. Conceived as a fully experiential environment, the project merges material authenticity, craftsmanship, and atmosphere into a sophisticated and circular journey.
