UNEQUAL! (in polish NIERÓWNE) is a call for change — an appeal to break stereotypes and build a job market where opportunities are truly equal, regardless of gender. It speaks to women who have long heard “not yet” and to employers, leaders, and institutions shaping workplace standards. KV centers on the word UNEQUAL! (NIERÓWNE) formed as a neon sign. At the end, the part UN (NIE) switches off, transforming “UNEQUAL” into “EQUAL.” A simple light gesture becomes powerful symbol: inequality can be turned off. Important part of campaign was the ad spot with the participation of actress Iga Kreft.
