Weifeng Dongyu Zone C is a dual-tower hotel complex linked by a two-story glass podium that consolidates shared public programs and anchors a Renaissance grand ballroom at the core. The 15-story towers house Fairfield by Marriott and the planned Renaissance Hotel. Above Level 3, chamfered planes and “gem-set” vertical curtain wall inserts create depth and rhythm, with 1:2 exposed mullions and horizontal bands every three floors. Podium transparency extends activity and greenery, while a 59 m arrival canopy with an 18 m two-lane drop-off forms a future-facing urban portico.
