Located on the Meaípe Peninsula, Brazil, Casa Aroeiras is a technical response to a steep site where dramatic rock formations meet the Atlantic. The challenge was anchoring a high-end residence while preserving the natural topography and tropical ecosystem. Currently at a concept stage, the project uses a three-tiered structure for visual permeability. It features a private ground floor, a lower social level with an infinity pool, and a gym in the basement. Using raw stone and timber brises, the design offers honest luxury through material truth rather than ostentation.
