We created a poster for Rotterdams WeerWoord that visually unites climate adaptation and policy. The design expresses the interaction between the (unseen) underground water system and visible above-ground interventions such as greenery and rainwater solutions. The geometric style resonates with an urban environment. Red and blue represent climate challenges such as heat and drought versus heavy rainfall and flooding. Green symbolizes the solution. Rotating the poster, the perspective shifts from Climate (Weer) to Policy (Woord). Connected, complementary and conditional for a future-proof city.
