StudioBR redefined BNP Paribas Cardif’s HQ through Workplace Hospitality. Consolidating two floors into one, the project transformed area reduction into a catalyst for innovation. Guided by the WorkXperience® methodology, the vibrant 'Central Plaza' acts as the heart of the office. Merging neuroarchitecture with biophilic design, the space uses natural materials and Brazilian textures to foster well-being. This 'Destination Office' elegantly unites French heritage with local warmth, proving that the future of work is built on the quality of meaningful human connection.
