Casa Kupuri engages its coastal setting, where light, humidity, and tropical vegetation shape daily life. Set on a slope descending to the bay, it integrates with the terrain. The design responds to warm climate, prioritizing cross-ventilation and materials resistant to salinity. A concrete base anchors access and services; above, living areas, pool, jacuzzi, and 6 bedrooms unfold with planted terraces. A four-pitched pine roof clad in treated clay tiles reinterprets coastal tradition, while a ridge skylight brings shifting light. Sliding glass doors dissolve indoor-outdoor limits.
