Located in the basement of a mall in Mexico City, La Fábrica transforms an atypical, low-quality space into an ecosystem for training, recovery, and wellness. The design embraces the existing grid and leaves structure and systems exposed, avoiding cladding for resilience and low maintenance. Pine wood organizes each studio and brings warmth and comfort to encourage permanence underground. A central lobby with a restaurant anchors circulation, while specialized modules, locker rooms, and saunas create a clear, calm sequence through controlled lighting and technical precision.
