A complete 180° rebrand for the largest café in Comrat, transforming an outdated identity into a modern, character-driven brand system. We introduced Mr. P (Mister Pronto) — a central brand persona that guides customers, presents new products, and unifies communication across all touchpoints. The new visual language combines playful graphics, custom handwritten calligraphy, and a clear tone of voice, creating a cohesive, human, and memorable brand. The result exceeded client expectations and significantly improved brand clarity and recognition.
