Located at the southeast corner of the 7th Development Unit of Liuxiandong in Shenzhen, the project enjoys panoramic views toward the Xili Hub Linear Park to the south and an urban park to the north. The design envisions three towers—rising to 176m, 199m, and 223m—arranged in a triangular layout around a sunken courtyard, shaping a distinctive skyline. It embraces five concepts: Three Towers Rising in Harmony, Connecting to the South Hub; Layered Ground Levels, A Vibrant Lifestyle Hub; Vertical Micro-City, Hybrid and Adaptive; Three Towers Encircling a Courtyard; and Layered Green Terraces.
