Umani Hotel is located near Golden Sands Nature Park, overlooking the Black Sea in close proximity to Varna. The site slopes significantly from west to east and is surrounded by a pristine landscape with mature tree species and natural rock formations. The project aims to create a contextual, light, and unobtrusive building that integrates harmoniously with its surroundings. The design features clear floor plans forming a rectangular volume with carved-out spaces. The façade, composed of glass and Finnish thermowood, enhances the building’s connection to the natural environment.
