Ludan Sports Park is a 30‑hectare community parkland situated along the Shenzhen River. The design revitalises existing water treatment plant to enhance flood resilience and improve public amenities. The parkland fosters seamless cross‑border recreation and cultural exchange between the two cities. Key features include a bird‑watching platform and nature play areas, designed to harmonise with the ecological assets of the Ho Hok Wai wetland across the river on the Hong Kong side. The multifunctional spaces strengthen economic viability through pop‑up markets and educational programs.
