The apartment’s historic character and the spirit of Viennese Jugendstil were carefully restored. Original elements were rebuilt and contemporarily reinterpreted. Invisible heating-cooling ceilings replace radiators and AC units. A new star parquet complements the restored herringbone floors, while hand-drawn cove moldings and a crafted tiled stove revive historic elegance. Artisanal cement tiles, fine marble, and select Jugendstil pieces add depth. Reconstructed windows and doors let the era’s splendor shine again in a refined modern form.
