The design scheme centers on five core concepts—Village Grid and Comb-Style Layout, Dual Cross Axes and Five Vitality Hubs, Slope-Adaptive Design, Active and Quiet Area Separation, Open Interfaces and Shared Facilities, and Modular Construction and Flexible Assembly, creating a campus environment that is diverse and dynamic.
