The Mezcal Cultural Center is the result of a careful intervention in a 15th-century house in Oaxaca, a space steeped in history that served as a home, a bar during the Mexican Revolution, and later a bank. Today, this heritage architecture has been transformed into a living space that celebrates mezcal culture and the historical richness of its context. The project is distinguished by its ability to integrate contemporary functions without diluting the memory of the place. Through an honest material palette, a passive sustainability approach, and a respectful spatial narrative
