Casa Ailes is defined by its bold use of exposed concrete. Six staggered volumes form a blind façade to the street, generating a sculptural geometry that organizes the interior layout. Concrete walls and beams structure the upper levels, where the private rooms are distributed. The program integrates areas for contemplation as well as the family's social life in an architectural strategy that balances family dynamics, offering both connection and autonomy within a unified architectural language and a carefully curated material palette.
