The project site is planned to design four 150-meter towers in a double-row layout. The T4 twin towers on the south side and the two T2 point-style towers on the north side enclose a central courtyard of approximately 116 meters, forming an urban public corridor. A continuous commercial pedestrian street is arranged along Guangzhou-Shantou Highway to Yangfenlin East Road, integrating scattered spaces into a whole to create a humanized, modern, and high-quality residential commercial environment. In this way, it will build a "new urban business card" for Chaonan District.
