The simple volumetry of this contemporary architecture is punctuated by a series of vertical elements made of local stone. This skin vibrates and changes according to the light and seasons and reinforces the urban image while providing interior comfort (by offering solar protection…). The structure and partition based on a regular frame guarantees flexibility, scalability and financial efficiency. The design based on the principles of bioclimatic architecture and the use of bio-sourced or low impact materials, allows to meet E+C- objectives, while offering active ventilation.
