Architect Biondo renovated a two-level penthouse with terraces, about 200 m², in Novara. The flat didn’t reflect the owners’ taste, who desired a complete transformation. The architect removed all superfetations, exposing the living box to reimagine spaces, alter divisions, and create a harmonious environment. The renovation involved floors, walls, and layouts. Technology was enhanced with home automation and central air conditioning. noLogo|architecture curated every detail, from lighting to hidden closets. The result is a contemporary, elegant home that still feels warm and welcoming.
